MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL !

HO HO HO .....MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !

2014 has been very busy and exciting both in the show ring and at home.

Our only litter in March 2014 ...Joy & Tony had 4 puppies.... Michelle Skinner, Darlene Dean and Tina/Gladys Yeung were our chosen "forever" homes with lots of love to give. Darlene's "Billie" is already half way to her show championship, Michelle's "Stewart" is learning to become a grooming competition dog... how beautiful he looks at that, while Tina/Gladys's "Billy" has the family totally enamored with his Bichon antics ! "Minnie" is off to her forever home with the Essig family in January. You will still see her in the show ring.

"ROBBIE " groomed, handled and co-owned by our daughter Carolyne has had an outstanding year. He is now our second American /Canadian Grand Champion. Robbie spent a few months stateside with friend Rick Day in the early Spring to finish his American Grand championship and then returned to Canada to finish as Canada' s No.2 Bichon Frise, all owner handled . He also sired his first litter in South Carolina. His show puppies will be in the American show ring in 2015. Thank you Dean Cooke "Awesome" kennels for recognizing Robbie's potential.

" CICI "came to Canada from Florida in February, just as the temperature dropped to -35 C ! What a surprise for her. Under Carolyne's guidance, she finished her championship with group placements. She finished the year as # 1 female Bichon Frise in Canada and #6 overall.

"CHARLOTTE" ( Deedee x Tony ) was also guided to her championship by Carolyne. She finished as # 2 female in Canada and #7 overall with Group wins. Her sister " KIERA" just finished her championship too ! ... thanks Carolyne, you just keep on giving ! Kiera is owned and loved by Myrna Deagnon from Calgary .

"LILY" ( Belle x Hugs ) finished her championship in May. Lily is beautifully shown by owner Barb Downes . Husband Bob is always there for support and to lend a hand.

We drove "TONY" down to Florida in July. He too has sired a beautiful litter in South Carolina. Thank you Dean Cooke "Awesome" Bichon Frise for recognizing Tony's potential. Tony will be back home in mid 2015. We'll let him enjoy Florida's warm winter this year.

We would like to recognize those "little souls in fur coats " that have crossed over rainbow bridge this year : Wilson (17 yrs) - loved by Debbie Dringaert, Coco( 15.5 yrs)- loved by Marilee Zetaruk, Harley(11 yrs)- loved by the Konopski family, Spencer( 13 yrs )- loved by Mary Lou Robert, Chloe ( 15 yrs )- loved by the Prohaska's and Sasha, Maggie (14 yrs in '12 ) loved by Dawn & Curtis Rossman and our Golden Retriever Miller ( 14 yrs ) . We cherish their memories. They will always be #1 in our hearts.

To all of you, thank you for supporting the breed and educating the public about the Bichon Frise. The Bichon Bash was rained out in June , but rescheduled under sunny skies in September. Everyone had a fun time playing games, winning prizes and enjoying the BBQ. Next year the Bash will be at the Legion on June 7th, 2015.... with good weather ( we hope ) !

Thank you to the Foreman Family for this lovely picture of MOJO.
