Winter has finally arrived, although moderately . After a month of above average temperatures , snow has fallen with the purpose of staying! It has been difficult to get into the spirit of Christmas , until today….December 6th the Feast of St. Nicholaus ! I remember as a child leaving my shoes or boots out by the back door on the 5th of December hoping that they would be filled with goodies come the following morning. This was a tradition we kept as our own children were growing up. Next year we will start again with our grandson ! ( He is too young this year.)

Plans are already being made for the dog shows in 2010. The premium lists for the first few shows are already available.

We were thrilled with the successes of 2009. We completed 3 Canadian champions and 2 American champions.

Belle and Huggs, for the time being, are in warm , sunny Florida with Linda. !
