February is skating competiton month along with a Judges Seminar. Carolyne has now changed her status from coaching to judging. She is qualified to judge up to the Juvenile level and is currently working on her Pre-Novice/Novice level. Manitoba has a shortage of quality judges. I know that although she is an outstanding coach, she will be a great asset to the Manitoba's judges and we are fortunate to have her.
Brehdyn is growing. He turned 3 years on February 28th. He had a fun birthday party at our house.
"Taz" , a Tony son , owned by Marie-Anne and Gary Shewchuk was owner-handled at the Brandon show on the weekend of the 17th. No competition,but great Bichon Frise public relations for the breed as Taz is always ready to hand out wags and licks.!
"Tony" was off to Prince Albert,SK with Sandy Orford and Beth, for his first set of shows for 2012. Results were fabulous with 3 group wins.
