Congratulations to Darlene Dean on "Billie's" win in the ring today !. Billie at 6 months and 4 days won Winners Female and Best of Opposite over a Special today acquiring 2 pts towards her championship !
Under Carolyne's guidance Billie was also BEST PUPPY IN GROUP today.

What an exciting Labour Day weekend in Saskatoon, SK for all of us.
AM GRCH & CAN GRCH LUVIT DALNAVERT A MOVADO SPORTIVO "ROBBIE"
along with owner/groomer/handler Carolyne Cybulsky won his first GROUP 1 under judge Wendy Paquette.
Robbie also won a GROUP 2 under judge K.Ramey-Leblanc and a GROUP 2 under judge S. Alexander.

Dual Grand Champion CH. Luvit Dalnavert A Movado Sportivo took a GROUP 4TH today at the Manitoba Canine Dog Show.
Thanks to judge Robert Denis for recognizing our Robbie! Expertly groomed and handled by his co-owner Carolyne Cybulsky.
Well as usual all the big guys are out to play! Luckily Carolyne was able to share the spotlight with them! Robbie took a Group 4!!! (behind the top poodle, Dalmatian, and Frenchie! ) Robbie lives to show outside so other then it being hot this is wonderful start!

Umberto ( 1996 - 2014 ) came from a breeder, Brittco, I believe, who no longer is in Ottawa. The owner was Kelly Toewes. His father was a champion. He was an outstanding example of the breed in both temperament and good looks.
He was owned by Karen Coupland and Ton Zuijdwijk of Ottawa, ON
Umberto, who lived to be 18 years old, touched many people's lives.
He was a frequent office companion in Karen's practice of clinical psychology, in both a hospital and private practice setting. He would sit in the chair next to her and was always a good greeter and listener.

Today has been a sad one at out kennel. We mourn the passing of our Golden Retriever CH. DALNAVERT IT'S MILLER TIME 1999 - 2014. Miller had a good life. He came to us from breeder , the late Peggy Konwent, in Wisconsin in the spring of 2000. He was sired by CH. Wingate Allmylove Allmykiss'n and out of Dam Tegalong's Eddie's Girl. He became Carolyne first "big dog" to show and Grant's "big" pal. Carolyne and Miller were a winning team in the show ring. He was an excellent representation of the breed both in temperament and structure/movement.
